The model-driven architecture was originally designed to enable us to respond rapidly to a request to re-configure an application. By incorporating re-usable models we have reduced the likelihood of software faults emerging in any of our products. However, when software faults are present they usually manifest themselves very early on in our development and maintenance activity, accordingly we are able to attain very high confidence levels in our quality assurance programme.

Stiearc has developed a number of mobile computing solutions that are inherently flexible and meet a range of requirements. However, most of our customers request custom modifications to the software and we are able to comply with this without losing efficiency in subsequent maintenance activity since all of our mobile computing solutions are founded upon a common function set built into the model-driven architecture whose parameters are easily re-configured.
We rarely lose a customer over the years since our technology is so flexible we normally meet their ever changing requirements without losing operational efficiency in ongoing support and maintenance.
